Running Low on System Memory

I have had Pre Pro 2.0 for a long time but lately am getting a message " PP is running low on system memory". I have 4 GB's of ram and lots of disk available. It happens most often when I am capturing video from my camera. Any ideas out there?

PS I did search for this in the knowledgebase and forum with little luck - some issues on other Adobe products but not PP. Thx in advance for any help

To the best of my knowledge, no one has yet found a consistent cause for this error, not a solution.
